The inner ring and middle ring of large air volume and high wind speed axial-flow fan are connected by reinforcing rib. The middle ring and shell are connected by machinery, and the base is connected by blade. The base is composed of shell, inner ring and middle ring. The inner ring is assembled on the stator seat, and the rotor main shaft is installed on the bearing.

The impeller is composed of the impeller body and the impeller blade connected to the impeller body. The impeller is installed on the rotor shaft and fixed with bolts. The impeller blade is designed as the rotor shape, and the base blade is designed as the bearing bush shape, which is located at the air outlet at the bottom of the base.

When the impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller axially from the air inlet. The gas is pushed by the blades on the impeller to increase the energy of the gas, and then flows into the shell and the middle ring cavity. The blade changes the deflected air flow and flows into the blade of the frame for axial flow.

The base blade pressurizes the axial flow wind again to form a spiral shape, and then directly blows the wind into the air chamber through the base blade. The impeller blade is designed as a rotating wing, and the gas is pushed by the blade on the impeller to increase the gas energy, so as to form large air volume and high wind speed.
